Furthermore, Thompson is a person who really enjoys learning new concepts and/or improves the knowledge by consuming resources, and/or discussing with peers. I am a fast learner, who needs less supervision moving forward and have exposed myself to self-improvement activities alone which includes creating websites and designing logos for developing businesses. The eagerness to learn more concepts is not for my benefit only but I like also to share the knowledge I have with the team or colleagues as “Alone I can go fast but together we can go far”. Uplifting one another is one of the key elements to a team’s growth and success. I also love problem solving (even on my spare time, I normally play strategic and mind games).
